Visas

If you need an official invitation letter, please email your paper ID, paper Title and the present person name to Dr. Guo-Zheng LI (gzli@tongji.edu.cn).
With the letter, one can go to the nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate for an entry visa. Any problems arise; please contact the organization committee.

Notes:

• Registration fee may be paid in RMB OR US$, RMB will be issued to Tongji University, while US$ to ISIBM.
• Every conference paper requires at least one regular conference registration. In the case that one author has multiple conference papers, the author has to pay RMB1900(US$280) for an extra conference paper as well as one regular registration is required.
• Registration for conference papers should be done by April 25th. If the registration for a conference paper has not been done by its deadline, the acceptance of the paper will be canceled.
